Induction heating treatment (IHT) has recently been used to improve the bioactivity and biocompatibility of titanium its alloys, greatly related formation nanoscale oxide coating. In this work, effect ultrasonic on IHT oxidation behavior pure investigated. Ultrasonic-assisted was carried out for 13, 20 25 s. Submicro-/nano-scale morphological coatings with rutile anatase TiO2 were prepared surface substrates subjected ultrasonic-assisted IHT. particular, crystals significantly refined by impact.
